Last updated: October 2026

Thank you for using MALLAZY. Your trust matters a great deal to us, and we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information, whether you're a client or a service provider.

The information you share with us helps us deliver a complete, secure legal and technical experience.

This Privacy Policy describes the practices we follow across all services offered through our website and mobile applications.

“Mallazy,” “the Platform,” or “we” refers to the company that owns the platform, while “User” or “you” refers to you as a user of the platform.

Together with our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy sets out the rules that govern your relationship with us.

I. Information We Collect

1.1 We're committed to protecting our users' privacy. When you access the platform, we automatically collect information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies. We also collect information about the service-provider pages you view and the search terms that led you to us.

1.2 We collect information when you register or request a service; you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.

1.3 For service providers: we collect additional data, including academic qualifications, professional licenses, experience, a copy of your ID, or your syndicate card, along with any documents or images that help us verify your professional eligibility. This data forms part of the service provider's professional profile.

1.4 Payment data: we may request payment information to process paid subscriptions for service providers. Once a transaction is complete, this sensitive data is not stored on our servers — it is processed through secure payment gateways.

II. How We Use Data

2.1 We use information to detect potential risks or fraud, improve platform performance, and assess how users interact with the services we offer.

2.2 We use personal data to deliver our services, communicate with you, and send notifications related to your account, your requests, or platform updates.

2.3 Service providers' professional data is used to verify their professional identity and enable them to offer services on the platform. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the service provider's explicit consent.

III. Protection and Security of Information

3.1 The platform applies reasonable security measures and technologies to safeguard data and protect it from unauthorized access.

3.2 The platform may offer advanced authentication methods, such as facial or fingerprint recognition, as an alternative to login credentials. Enabling this feature constitutes your consent to its use, and you bear sole responsibility for the security of your device and your verification methods.

3.3 Appropriate encryption and technical safeguards are used to secure sensitive data.

3.4 The platform is committed to notifying users in the event of an actual security breach that may affect their personal data, wherever possible and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3.5 Users bear full responsibility for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place through their account.

IV. Confidentiality of Conversations and Data

4.1 Conversations and documents exchanged between a client and a service provider are confidential. No party may record, leak, or otherwise use these conversations in violation of the law.

4.2 The platform gives service providers access only to the data necessary to perform the service in question. Using users' data for purposes unrelated to that service is prohibited.

4.3 Users may delete conversations once a service has concluded; the platform may nonetheless retain records or copies as needed to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, or for dispute-resolution purposes.

4.4 Only authorized platform staff may access conversations, and only to the extent technically necessary, for purposes such as monitoring service quality, improving the platform, verifying compliance with our terms, resolving disputes, or fulfilling legal obligations.

V. Data Retention Period and Right to Deletion

5.1 The platform retains users' data for as long as their account remains active and they continue using our services.

5.2 After an account is closed, the platform retains only the data necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, for a period not exceeding one year from the date the relationship ends, unless a longer period is required by law or a dispute is pending.

5.3 Subject to applicable legal obligations and any pending disputes, users may request the deletion of their personal data. The platform will fulfill such requests within 30 days of the request being validated.

VI. Cookies and Third Parties

6.1 The platform uses cookies to improve the user experience and remember preferences. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, though doing so may affect certain platform functions.

6.2 The platform may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the platform is used and to improve performance.

6.3 The platform does not sell or trade users' personal data. Disclosure is limited to the parties necessary to operate the platform or fulfill legal obligations, and is always subject to confidentiality requirements.

VII. User Rights

7.1 Users have the right to request access to the personal data the platform processes about them.

7.2 Users have the right to request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.

7.3 Users may object to certain forms of data processing, or withdraw their consent where legally permitted, without affecting the validity of any processing carried out before that withdrawal.

VIII. Legal Restrictions and Liability

8.1 Users are prohibited from attempting to breach the platform, bypass its security measures, or use unlawful technical means to access data.

8.2 A service provider who breaches the confidentiality of client data, or misuses it, bears full legal responsibility for doing so.

8.3 Service providers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the professional services they provide. The platform bears no responsibility for professional errors or for the outcomes of services delivered through it.

IX. Consent, Amendments, and Disputes

9.1 By using the MALLAZY platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

9.2 The platform may amend this policy at any time to meet legal, operational, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9.3 This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any related disputes will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration and litigation provisions set out in our Terms of Use.
